Jane Green Warburg

Jane Green:
New York Times Bestselling Author

One of the founding writers behind the 'chick lit' phenomenon, Jane Green now writes novels that reflect the lives of real women today. The author of eleven novels, including several New York Times Bestsellers, she is published in over thirty languages around the world, and is a number one bestseller in her native England. Her last release, The Beach House, sat at the top of the New York Times list for six months, and her latest novel, Dune Road, is to be released in June 2009.

Jane was awarded the Fun Fearless Fiction Award by Cosmopolitan magazine in 2007, is a contributor to The Huffington Post and wowowow.com, and has recently contributed to Chicken Soup for the Soul: Power Moms, although she now worries she misunderstood the title, and is, in fact, the antithesis of a Power Mom.

Home:
Jane lives in Connecticut with her husband and their blended family of many children.

Hobbies & Interests:
Jane's passions are food, entertaining, and gardening. When not attempting to juggle a household and a career, she can usually be found either cooking, or covered in dirt, planting vegetable seeds.
